MODEL INFORMATION
Suter Racing Technology (SRT) has a rich history in motorcycle racing since its inception in the mid-1990s during the 250cc and 500cc World Championship races. Suter Racing has designed and developed various engine components such as cylinders, crankshafts, carburettors, exhaust systems and various chassis components.
They have also been heavily involved in the development of the Swissauto 500/MuZ, a bike that achieved two pole positions and several top ten finishes in races against the full potential of the Japanese factories in 1999.
Since then Suter Racing has been involved in various motorcycle racing competitions, developing the engine for the Petronas FP1 Superbike, the chassis for the SRT X3 Ilmor and the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-RR MotoGP, as well as designing its own Suter-MMX line of racing bikes, winning several world championship titles.
The Suter MMX 500 project, a very ambitious goal that has required a huge amount of development, must be taken into account that current technology has had to be adapted to 2-stroke racing technology.
It has been a combination of craftsmanship and Swiss precision with spectacular results: 195 hp in a weight of 127 kg with a top speed of 310 km/h

More about this bike: Bike in correct condition and working. It was revised by Suter Racing previously deliver to the last owner. Suter factory provided us the real racing history and status of the engine. Currently the engine has 2.750 Km (460 Km since rebuild) and the rolling chassis has 5.800 Km. However, many frame parts were changed and have few mileage.
As you can see this bike is the unit #02 – 99, so belongs to the first batch used for presentation, trackdays test with celebrities, etc. This bike it’s very special due it was the personal bike of Eskil Suter, used also by the actor Keanu Reeves (Matrix/John Wick), Freddy Spencer, Wayne Gardner and Brad Binder. Also, rode on the IOMTT (2016 – 2018) providing a great racing history.
The bike has some cosmetic blemishes on the seat, handlebar grip, carbon protectors of the footrest, gas throttle, exhaust, clutch MC.. but these are not due a crash. Please, request us all the information and details you need it.
