MODEL INFORMATION

The Aprilia RSV4 is a motorcycle with a twin-beam aluminium frame, equipped with a 999cc four-stroke, liquid-cooled V4 engine  at 65° with double overhead camshaft distribution. The RF model was the model developed by the racing department of the Italian manufacturer to homologate in the WSBK.

Aprilia entered the WorldSBK paddock in 2017/2018 following the agreement that Shaun Muir Racing concluded with Aprilia Racing. The structure had two Aprilia RSV4 RF bikes in the FIM Superbike World Championship and was named Milwaukee Aprilia Racing.

The agreement established that technical material, related direct assistance, as well as brand support will be provided by Aprilia Racing, including the development of the bike, which classifies Milwaukee as a Supported Factory Team.

The bike has taken part in the following races of the 2018 FIM World Superbike Championship with the rider Lorenzo Savadori on the Milwaukee Aprilia Racing Team, achieving these final results:

Final position on the WSBK Championship Season 2018: P10 – 138p

In 2017, Savadori joined to the new Milwaukee Aprilia Racing project. Was a difficult season, but he was able to get close to podium positions in the last part of the campaign. However, in 2018 he optained the best results on this class. Currently, Lorenzo is the test rider of Aprilia MotoGP and helped a lot on the development of the MotoGP bike.
